The space
Our 500 sq ft ground-floor studio in Waikoloa Village sits along the golf course, offering stunning views of the 6th hole, ocean, and coastline.
Inside, enjoy a cozy, open layout with a queen bed and a queen-size sofa bed, high-speed WiFi, and a streaming-ready Roku TV. Stay cool with a mini-split AC. The full bathroom includes shower essentials, plus a washer & dryer combo with soap and fabric softener provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge (stocked with condiments), dishwasher, oven, and stove, plus a variety of spices for cooking. We also provide everything you need for a pancake breakfast! Choose from a Keurig, pour-over coffee maker, or electric tea kettle, with a variety of coffee pods and teas.
For work or planning island adventures, the built-in office space includes an Apple desktop computer. When it’s time to explore, enjoy tennis and pickleball courts (rackets & balls provided) and the Waikoloa Aquatic Center, all just across the street. The studio is decorated with lush real plants, creating a refreshing tropical atmosphere. Guests can use their own streaming accounts, as cable is not provided. Accessing the unit is easy, with just 13 steps from the parking stall. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. For beach days, we provide two beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and a yoga mat for stretching or meditation. Enjoy the perfect blend of nature and modern comfort during your stay.
Guests have full access to the studio, including a private entrance, lanai, and all on-site amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The Waikoloa Village Amenity Card provides access to the pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts, as well as a discount on golf at the Waikoloa Village Course.
