The Space

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge (stocked with condiments), dishwasher, oven, stove, and spices, plus everything needed for a pancake breakfast, with a Keurig, pour-over coffee maker, and electric tea kettle with coffee and tea options.
Located on the top floor, this bright, open space offers a peaceful retreat with no neighbors above, plenty of natural light, and sweeping views. Situated on the Waikoloa Village Course, it provides easy access to golf, a pool, and top beaches just a short drive away.
For beach days, we provide 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, sunscreen, a cooler, and a beach speaker. Just across the street, enjoy tennis and pickleball courts (rackets & balls included) and the Waikoloa Aquatic Center. The Waikoloa Village Amenity Card grants access to the pool, tennis, and pickleball courts, plus a golf discount at Waikoloa Village Course.
